  • A Perfect Ending to a Tough Day

           We were only minutes away from bedtime and still, I thought I wasn't going to make it without seriously losing it.

  • Being a Parent Means Sometimes Pink Lizards Are Important

        Before I became a parent, I never would have rejoiced at finding a pink plastic lizard on the sidewalk.  Yet, this is exactly what I did recently as I found my five-year-old daughter’s most current prized possession.

  • Date Nights In

        Valentine’s Day is right around the corner.  Nothing like stating the obvious, right?  So, do you have a date night out planned?  I don’t.  However, I am considering a date night in with my hubby.
