C'mon Spring!

With the warmer temps yesterday and the fact that we have been busy putting together the March issue, I’ve got a serious case of cabin fever! I love spending time outdoors as do my girls, so we took a long overdue walk yesterday. It was so nice to be outside and not be freezing and it was so good for the girls to run, hop, skip and jump like frogs-just what we all needed.

Wait until you see our March issue! Our annual camp guide is included and you will be amazed by all of the wonderful opportunities available to KC kiddos. From art to dance to space to horses and everything in between, it makes me wish I was younger and could take part! I usually try to keep our summers pretty open and don’t schedule much, but after seeing all the great camps, I am thinking of letting the girls each choose one that they would like to participate it. There are so many great benefits to attending camp. Some of the stats I learned from putting the issue together is that at camp, many kids get to know kids who are different from themselves and that kids try things that they were once afraid of while at camp. What great benefits!

What are you most looking forward to this spring?
