Running on a route originally laid down in 1872, the BG&KC works to educate people about rail travel and the arts and sciences of railroading. But especially about railroad safety. Offering a 45 minute round trip train ride, on a 1920's open window coach powered by a 1956 GP 9 Diesel/Electric locomotive. Experience what train travel was like on a small city line.
