Open Friday, November 17, 2017 - Monday February 19, 2018

The Ice at Park Place, Leawood's only outdoor ice rink, will be open November 17th through February 19th, including holidays. The Ice is surrounded by seasonal festivities, warm food and drink options and unique holiday shopping. Now in its tenth season, enjoy special events like Skating with Santa, Princess Skate and Valentine's Day Skate. The Ice is available for groups, birthday parties, field trips, and special events with large group discounts and charitable fundraising opportunities

FEES:

Admission: $8 (all ages)

Skate Rental: $3 (but you're welcome to bring your own skates!)

Regular Schedule: 

Friday, November 17, 2017 – Wednesday, January 3, 2017*

  Monday-Saturday: 11am-10pm 

  Sunday: 12-8pm 

OPEN SAME OPERATING HOURS DURING ALL HOLIDAYS.

Winter Schedule:

Wednesday, January 4 – Monday, February 19*

Monday-Thursday: Closed 

Friday-Saturday: 11am-10pm 

Sunday: 12-8pm 

*The Ice will be open on the following special days:

Martin Luther King Day (Mon, 1/15): 11am-9pm

Valentine's Day (Wed, 2/14): 5pm-9pm

President's Day (Mon, 2/19): 11am-9pm

EVENT SCHEDULE:

Skate with Santa - Saturdays 12/2, 12/9, 12/16 (1-3pm)

Direct from the North Pole, enjoy special visits by the Jolly Big Guy -- Santa Claus!

Princess Skate - Saturday 1/20 (1-3pm)

Dress like your favorite Little Princess or Prince.  Each child will receive a free crown (while supplies last)

Valentine's Day Skate - Wednesday, 2/14 (5-9pm)

Celebrate the Sweetheart Season under the stars.

All events are weather permitting.  Skating times, event promotions and appearances are subject to change without notice.

Receive $1 off your admission when you bring a canned or non-perishable food item for the Jewish Family Services Community Food Pantry. Not valid with any other offer.

The Ice at Park Place would like to invite your group for an afternoon or evening of fun at The Ice, Leawood's only outdoor ice skating rink located at Park Place in Leawood, Kansas. Perfect for groups of all sizes, The Ice can easily accommodate your organization for field trips, school fundraisers, excursions, birthday parties, spirit nights, parent/child events, and PTA events. 

No matter what your budget or group size, The Ice can put a package together that will benefit both you and your organization. We are happy to provide you with either public, or private party options, depending on your needs and budget.   We can create food and beverage packages for your group, or you are welcome to arrange your own. Group discounts are available and Mondays offer a special fundraising discount for an added benefit.  The Ice can accommodate any group size and has flexible hours for your convenience.
